Felicia Rotellini
Guest speaker: Felecia A. Rotellini, Superintendent, State of Arizona, Department of Financial Institutions (http://azdfi.gov/index.html). She will be speaking about the department structure and issues dealing with financial institutions. The department also is responsible for financial enterprises like mortgage brokers, collection agencies, money transmitters, motor vehicle dealers,  funeral trusts, and deferred presentment companies that offer payday loans. Previously, Rotellini was an Assistant Attorney General in Arizona  for 13 years and prosecuted financial fraud cases. from the bank accounts of 45% of large organizations
and 28% of smaller organizations in 2004.
